Welcome, disciples, to Crimson Peaks week! We’ve got two major events planned as we spotlight our newest instance, and the most dedicated servers can get Precious Treasure for up to five days.
Feeling up to a server-wide challenge? We’re offering the Precious Treasure event as a prize for servers that can fill up the Crimson Peaks registration list.
Crimson Peaks can hold 10 rooms of 10+ players. To win this prize, a server will need to open 10 rooms and have at least 10 players in each of them. Take a screenshot of the room listing and submit it to the forum thread. You’ll need to coordinate with your server buddies to win, because the room list doesn’t display teams already in Crimson Peaks.
If a server pulls this off and posts a screenshot in the forum thread, that server will get the Precious Treasure event. This fan-favorite event gives players a shot at Taichi Pills, Ancient Coins, titles and even more – check out our guide to learn more about this event.
Successful servers will get the Precious Treasure event for three days, but the first server will get it for five days, so act fast to get the biggest rewards. All six servers will be competing against each other, by the way, which includes Skysong and Jadeon.
First server:
Precious Treasure from 3 PM PST on Wednesday, February 1 until 3 PM PST on Monday, February 6.
Other servers:
Precious Treasure from 3 PM PST on Friday, February 3 until 3 PM PST on Monday, February 6.
In addition to this contest, we’re also going to be having special runs of Crimson Peaks: Face its challenges with a GM at your side!
On Tuesday and Wednesday, January 24 & 25, Community Manager TrailTurtle will be running through Crimson Peaks with registered teams: That’s a LV150 Vim, complete with GM gear and powers, helping to push towards victory.
Hop by the forum threads below — click the server name – to register to be part of this run. The first 24 people to respond in each thread, making sure to include the name of the character they’ll be using, will be the team for the run. The first few people after that will be alternates – we’ll be meeting half an hour before the run starts, so alternates, please drop by in case there are no-shows!
